Having trouble uploading

It starts to up load and just when it's supposed to go to the next screen, i get page not found screen. I'v tried 4 times now to upload and same thing. HELP WALDO!!!!

Clear your local, and ISP cache completely, close your browser, re-open.  Log back in, and try again.
