Canada is the Winner, Canada is the Winner... nah nah nah

Although I didn't get to watch the game, I did get a chance to listen to most of it in the van on the road back from Edmonton.  

One hell of a scoring game for Canada, 5-2.  

It's actually pretty amazing, first game we won gold in in 52 years.  

And on top of that, this is the highest medal count we've had in olympic history!  :o

Pretty bloody cool me thinks.  What's your thoughts?

You go Canada! And USA too!  :) :) :)

Canada kicked butt in the Hockey game, and should have taken the gold without sharing it with the Russians in the Couples Figure Skating.

Well, the Russians did have a 'fairly' decent skate, but I somewhat agree.

The games have a heck of alot of corruption to deal with in the future.  

Games like 'hockey' are so much less controversial because it simply breaks down to 'was the puck in the net, or not?'
