What applications do you want to see?

I am, of course, working on actual applications that run on Windows environments that both help NWR run, and add features for artists and users alike.

What sort of application would you like to see NWR develop, that you could run and use on your machine?

A very simple one, actually...
Suppose you find an artist on NWR, that you really like, and decide to download their music? I'td be GREAT if users were given an option to have a folder with the artist/album name created in the process, and also that the mp3 files be appropriately named w/ artist/title of song, as opposed to (sometimes) cryptic codenames for the files...
Lack of that feature alone, has probably been the main reason why I prefer hifi streams to downloads... with downloads, nothin' ever gets organized...
Hope This Helps, M.

Well the folder thing couldn't be done unless I created an application that you downloaded and installed, but the file-name conversion could be done.

I'll add that to my list.

As 'folders' cannot be automatically created unless an application resides on the machine in which the folder is to exist, I've devised an addition to another application I had planned.

It's a P2P application exclusively for NWR, for streams and downloads, with a DRM system that'll allow digital distribution.  This'll cut down on overall bandwidth expenses, provide an income stream, and give added exposure to NWR members.

Within this application, the downloaded music can be organized in a miriad of different ways.  Solving the issues you mentioned above.
