CBC is running another Canadian Talent contest
Applications can be had at their website---CBC.ca

Closing date is April 1st.---Need a two song demo,
pic. and bio----All Canadian artists are elegible..

Worth checking out.

Man am I ever bitter... I should try..

You know that old saying.. "The only way to really lose is by not trying.."...

They televise half the whole contest though... So even if you don't win, you get publicity...  It's always worth sending a tape in and seeing what happens

Hey Vox,

I'd give it a shot---you should listen to what CBC Radio
has been featuring lately---stuff like Mad Pudding live
and the Reggae Cowboys---a long way from Bite my
Spear..

I'm recording a couple of tunes for a very talented
local singer---She's got that Stevie Nicks thing going on...
I told her first time for exposure
second time for experience
third time--Watch Out!!!!!

That's how contests seem to run--the judges have to get used to you....
