Free artist signups shut down

Free artist signups will be shut down until further notice.

I've run out of space on the old server, and as we've ditched the advertiser (main source of funding) due to complaints from free users, plus myself being out of work, I cannot afford to upgrade the old machine.

To stave off valid users accounts from being interfered with, artist signups have been disabled.

Free artist signups may return in NWR4, there is no current ETA on this as I am looking for work and do not have time to work on it.

Further restrictions on free accounts may go in place in the coming weeks, depending on how things go.
