deactivation of my account

my account (username BlueThroughRed) has been disabled, i'm guess it's because i did not have valid address information, but i have updated this information since then.  I was wondering if it would be possible to re-activate my account?

If you send a digitally signed e-mail to waldo at nowhereradio dot com, with the legal information, and a statement to the effect of 'this is the official, verifiable information', along with your username, I may consider re-activating the account.
