Title: more transparent pages
Post by: dobro on April 08, 2003, 05:01:22 PM
Recently there was yet another newbie at hr.com who needed to be talked through how to make his Nowhere page work.  It isn't obvious.  I know it's been recommended before that you make the artist pages more user-friendly.  I also know the site's working, so this might be a less important priority for you.  But if you actually carried out the suggestions to make the artist pages easier to navigate, you'd accomplish a lot of positive things:

1  people would see obvious improvements to the site going on, and that's a good thing

2  newcomers would find it much easier to use, and that's a good thing

3  you'd be seen as responsive to important user feedback, and that's a good thing

All in all, a good thing.  :)

If you look around, you'd see that NWR4 is in development, which is a complete redesign of everything.

I've already put over 2700 hours into the code for NWR4, and spent every penny I've had on software, can you just be a little patient?

Waldo,
I for one, love what you are doing here. ::)  I hope great things come from all your effort.  As an artist, I would just like to take this op to say "thanks".
