Title: What do you think of my band's song?
Post by: Rookie on March 21, 2002, 05:17:16 AM
Greetings!

I posted a request for a review of my mix in the mix review forum.   I'd also like opinions on the artistic merits (or lack there of ;) of this song, so I'm posting here as well.

It's called Winona Ryder.  Please let me know what you think.   Here's the link.

Thanks so much for listening!

I neglected to comment on the mix in previous post except it sounded good here. I'm not a pro at recording, only been doing it for a couple months now myself.

As for artistic merit, it's my cup of tea. The song is cooler than hell and it's something I would buy. Almost verges on a bluegrass sound that rocks. Can't wait to hear more, Charvster

[/quote]It's numba 1! Oughta give ya some idea how it would do commercially.

As I told ya over on the Home Recording BBS, I generally don't care for country style things but I like this song.  ;)

You dudes have a very unique thing going there! Pursue it with all your might!
