Title: Sum_Chump seeks opinions..
Post by: Sum_Chump on February 02, 2003, 07:56:20 AM
Hi all!

I just started doing some recording at home on a Zoom MRS 1044 digital recorder. I have no experience with this stuff, but seems to be going smoothly. The only thing lacking right now is the usb interface I recently ordered but haven't recieved yet. So I'm plugging the outs of the recorder into my sound card. It's not as clean as it should be....where's my usb interface!? lol

Anyway was wondering If I could get some constructive criticisms on the overall sound/mix. I'd like to improve my mixes any way I can, so fire away.

When I do get my mixes tightened up I'll start recording with my amps mic'd intstead of using direct sounds. Progress from there....

I really want to know what you think of levels/eq and just the over all sound ballance.

Thanks.

here's my first 2 projects:
