have only HIFI play and DOWNLOAD, but no LOFI play or ADD to playlist icons.
What's the sitch, or did I do something wrong?

Had to reboot the server last night due to a hack/DOS attack. The lo-fi conversion application has been restarted, and does so every 10 or so minutes, so your lo-fi versions should show up shortly, providing your mp3's are of proper encode.
