Sure, I can click on 'dispute the review' (hey waldo, how about another option: thumbs up on your review...), but I'm not sure if I want to dispute the review, because I haven't actually read it yet. If you catch my drift...
Well, if you 'disputed' the review, it's hidden until an admin can review it for harsh language, etc., but I see no disputed reviews from you.
However, the review itself should sit right there on the page. I see one review there, all-be-it extremely short!
The review system BTW will be completely different in the new revision of NWR.
