Title: Personal Playlist won't work
Post by: JScott on February 26, 2004, 06:33:28 PM
I click on the + and then return to the Personal Playlist page and it still says it's empty.

Any Suggestions??????

I can't figure it out.

1) Make sure you have cookies turned on, and that they aren't being blocked
2) Make sure your security settings aren't too high, restricting cookie size, etc.
3) Make sure you are visiting www.nowhereradio.com, don't take the www off
4) Clear out your old cookies, in case they are corrupt.  Delete BOTH the one for www.nowhereradio.com or nowhereradio.com AND media.nowhereradio.com
5) Force a browser refresh on the pages that appear 'blank', and an ISP cache clear  (Ctrl-F5 on IE)

Oh yeah, and make sure you save your list!  Since the 'loaded' list is saved in your cookie, it will be deleted whenever your cookie expires or is cleared by your browser.

WHat browser/operating system are you using?

Are you running any paranoia-ware, that might interfere with large cookies, or blocking referer information, etc.?

Did you dump your entire internet cache?

In IE, it's Tools-> Internet Options -> Delete Files...

Then check 'delete all offline files', and hit Ok.  Make 100% sure you physically delete the cookies as well, you can do so by Tools -> Internet Options -> Settings... -> View Files

Then, look for the cookies for media.nowhereradio.com, www.nowhereradio.com and nowhereradio.com, and delete them.
