There are song descriptions up for both songs. My personal recommendation would be, if you're in the mood for a somewhat cynical acoustic rocker then go for Ode to Apathy. If you're looking for something on the more melodically mellow side with a hint of love gone wrong sadness in it, then go for With My Secrets. Thanks in advance!
