What is a 'short URL'?

Q: In my artist administration, there is a spot asking me for a Short URL.  What is it?

A: URL stands for Universal Resource Locator.  NWR's URL for example is http://www.nowhereradio.com

Your 'Short' URL can be anything that you want, to follow the NWR URL.

For example, if your band name is 'The Jackson 5', you might want an URL of http://www.nowhereradio.com/jackson5

So, you would put 'jackson5' in your Short URL spot.

Character limitations are to lower-case letters and numbers only, no spaces or special characters.
