Yeah, that means you have deleted more than 5 songs in an attempt to free room for more.

This limitation has been put into effect to prevent abuse of the 15MB limit for free accounts, as anybody could upload one song, use up a ton of bandwidth, and then rotate to another song, and use up more bandwidth...

You sent in a donation though, right?  If it meets the pay rate, I'll bump you up to a pay user and you won't have that problem.
