cannot stream

I have tried setting up both MMJB & WMP to stream files from this site & neither works.  MMJB brings up the 'downloading' window then a real quick 'Adding file to your media library' window , and then nothing-no play.  Windows Media Player says 'Cannot open. Please verify that the path & filename are correct and try again'.  I have tried everything in the FAQ & this computer is on a network with other computers that can stream from your site.  Any Idea what is wrong?

If it is just one machine on that network not working, I would have to say that their is an issue on that machine, exactly what it would be I couldn't say.  Is there anything unique to that machine that is not on the others in software or hardware?
