Also, are you running a software firewall, port-blocker, an external firewall, or running through a proxy?  If so, it could very well be that you are blocking standard streaming ports.  I'd look into that as well.

Firewall OFF. I do run a webcache proxy with my ISP but it's turned off during testing.

I'll have a look through the help page and see what I can come up with. In the interim, if someone sends me here to have a listen, I will use Omniweb with iTunes as that seems to work..
