I am having real difficulty. I load up the template in Paint Shop Pro 7 and the first problem I have is it onlly lets me use black and whites. Something to do with "pallette" colours. Then the problem I have is how do I fill in the parts I want with colour?

Its only the CD label I am having problems with. The other images I can just set the size of correct?

Also how do I design the spine of the CD and finally how long does it take to get my send into England from the day of order (approxamitely).

The CD artwork is only black and white, well, black and 'nothing' (as it says in the template guidelines, etc.).  The current program is black on a silver disc only.  The page in which you downloaded the templates also contains all the measurement information for the spines, etc..  (pixels and inches)

These aren't stickers that are printed on cheap inkjets, they're thermal printed right on the CD.

Color programs will come when I can make enough money to buy the gear, which could be a year or more at the current rate...

Now the jewel case artwork templates are just there for dimensions, on the same page, you'll see the dimensions to create your own from scratch.  Full color is fine for these, and will be dithered, etc. to fit the printing.

BTW, if you submit your artwork now, you won't be approved until after NWR4 is released (program is stalled, as I stated before), and you might have to resubmit at that time as well (program will be changing).

Oh I see... Are there any other sites that offer similar services as this one.

You'll have to look around, or be patient.  I'm only one man, and working 18 hours a day paving to make enough cash to keep this place running.
