It might be because the Microsoft server is offline, thanks to some clever trojans + viruses.

Yep, we were fully protected, so a full investigation is being undergone.

No ETA as of yet, I'm plugging away as quick as I can.

Okay, now the WMS machine is back up, but the old database server, which still holds the media files and the artists administration system, was downed. It's looking like we're being targetted for something.

No ETA again, but should be within an hour or two.
