 I loved this song ever since I heard it on Ken Burns' Civil War. So sad....so anti-war. Jagan Nath playing lead fiddle, me playing lead concertina, and Steve on guitar. Steve is working on this song more and next week we'll try this again a little faster and with Steve playing some lead too. Maybe I will try playing accompaniement.

 This is Soldier's Joy with Nat, a guitar and mandolin player. He is an excellent musician and we had a nice session on the front porch of his house. You can hear an occasional car passing by.
